Returns/Warranty

We know it is sometimes hard to select handmade items such as knives and jewelry based on photographs on the web. Though we work very hard to make sure that all items have great photography from many angles.  We know that you may order a knife that doesn't meet your expectations when you hold it in your hand.

Items to which this policy apply carry a three (3) day inspection period from the date of receipt of delivery during which they may be returned for refund (minus the price of shipping, handling, and 10% RESTOCKING FEE). After the inspection period, we cannot accept items for return. All accepted returns must be in original and unused condition and with all its original packaging.

 

Please contact us at rowlandcutlery@gmail.com for any maintenance or reconditioning services. Rowland cutlery does carry a limited warranty from manufacturing defects (NOT perceived fit/finish) Rowland Cutlery does not cover damage caused by user accidents, abuse or misuse of the knife)
